We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the natural disasters that have occurred in Japan and around the world during July and August 2026.
In Japan, in addition to the earthquake that struck Kumamoto in July, the Kanto and Hokuriku regions have experienced heavy rainfall, causing significant damage and disruption to local communities.
Natural disasters have also affected many regions overseas, including flooding in Nepal and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, heavy rainfall and flooding in Bangladesh, and an earthquake in Colombia.
In light of these circumstances, we would like to offer whatever support we can.
